People’s perception of time is focused on the future, where you need to be, the things that you have to do and who you will meet. That’s a normal way of operating in a reality where there is a lot of focus on the forward arrow of time. However, there seems to be a constant need to battle with time, ‘try to make the time’, ‘time on your hands’, ‘against the clock’. Interestingly time itself is subjective, dragging or moving faster depending on the experience. People are constantly looking to the future (or indeed the past) and forgetting about where they are at that moment, but it is the moment where past present and future meet simultaneously.
